Purple Dawn Pictures is an independent film and television production company. The Site provides information about our company, projects, and services, and may offer creative services such as script coverage, feedback, consulting, or similar evaluative services (collectively, the “Services”).
Use of the Site does not create any partnership, agency, employment, fiduciary, or confidential relationship between you and Purple Dawn Pictures.

All feedback, coverage, or consulting provided through the Site or Services is subjective and opinion-based. Purple Dawn Pictures makes no representations or guarantees regarding outcomes, opportunities, commercial success, representation, production, or acquisition.
Use of the Site or Services does not create any obligation for Purple Dawn Pictures to option, purchase, acquire, or produce any submitted Materials. Any such arrangement will be governed solely by a separate written agreement.
Certain Services may require payment. Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe or similar services. Purple Dawn Pictures does not store full payment card information.

Please note that Purple Dawn Pictures reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this TOU by posting a revised set of terms, or mailing and/or emailing notice thereof to You (or such other method as may be required by applicable law). In addition, Purple Dawn Pictures may add, modify, or delete any aspect, component, or feature of the Site, but Purple Dawn Pictures is not under any obligation to provide any upgrade, enhancement, or modification. Your continued use of the Site following any announced change will be deemed as conclusive acceptance of any change to the TOU. Accordingly, please review the TOU on a periodic basis.
